Welcome to the Windrush website. Windrush is a self catering holiday accommodation situated in Braithwaite near Keswick within the beautiful Lake District National Park.

Windrush is managed by Lakeland Cottage Holidays and is available for self catering holidays all year round. It sleeps up to five people and two dogs.

Windrush has been awarded Four Stars for self catering accommodation by the English Tourism Council. It has excellent facilities and should provide everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday in the Lake District.

Situated on the side of the valley, raised up on the fellside, Windrush commands stunning views of the Lake District. With views of Skiddaw, the Derwent valley, Keswick and the Helvellyn range in the distance.

Braithwaite village has many places to eat and drink, ideal to take a holiday from catering for yourself.

Windrush is ideally located for both adventurous and relaxing Lake District holidays. There are lots of walks starting from Braithwaite and many more just a short drive away.
